IMRS recognition and statutory authorization information is maintained as controlled organizational data. Administrations and interested parties may request confirmation of a specific authorization directly from IMRS.
For due-diligence checks, include the flag administration, vessel or company concerned, service scope, and the intended purpose of verification.

Submit the request through this secure website form. IMRS records it in the WordPress dashboard and sends an internal notification; no external email application is required.
After review, IMRS will reply with the project or verification reference and any secure document-upload instructions.
